Step-by-Step Guide to Making a DIY Herbal Drying Rack

Once your herbs are dry, carefully remove them from the rack and store them in airtight containers. Be sure to label each container with the type of herb and the date it was dried. Dried herbs can retain their flavor for up to a year, so you'll have plenty of time to enjoy your harvest.
